I have worked for more than 10 years as an Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineer in
Oil and Gas Sector, responsible for design and implementation of Control Systems.
I have extensive experience of various Control System Components Including SCADA Software (OAsys
from Telvent and SPIDER from ABB), Leak detection software and pipeline modeling software.
I have hands on experience of data engineering, HMI generation and system administration (UNIX, OASys & Windows
2000). I am also conversant with allied Computer Network, Communication mediums
used, RTU/PLCs and Field Instruments.
The best of all I have the unique experience of operation philosophy of a large transmission
company. This experience provided me an opportunity to learn a variety of new
technologies in a diversified environment and to blend various technologies to achieve desired objectives.
I am keenly interested in working in the above area, as I possess the requisite skills and abilities.
Successfully completed Installation of 7 million dollar SCADA system for Natural Gas Distibution network and 17 million dollar SCADA system for 6,000 Km Transmission Pipeline Network.
