My mom got another horse today. I don't know why she thinks she should have another one. I think I am plenty. I hope she does'nt plan on giving that horse any of MY carrots. Or any of MY treats. I have come to expect certain things and this horse better not get in the way of them. I will be VERY upset with my mom. The new horse is a mustang. She was born in the wild and then caught by the BLM when she was 2. She is 4 now. Her name is "Brooke". She has only been broke for 30 days and I heard that my mom has to spend alot of time riding her. Thats good, maybe she won't ride me. Well see.

I watched a baby horse being born today. Skittles, (the baby's mom) was acting funny all day and was even more grumpy than usual. Then around 4:00 this afternoon she was pacing around and laying down & getting up & laying down and then she layed down one more time and guess what? Out came a baby!! It happened so fast. My mom and a few of her students were watching. We were all so excited. I think the baby is very cute. It's a girl. She is a chestnut & white paint pony. Her name is "Bit o Honey" but everyone is calling her "Little Bit" . She acts like she knows about everything. She even thinks she can tell her mother what to do. I can't believe it. Her mom lets her have her way. I think her mom should bite her or something to let her know who is boss, but she does'nt. I hope Skittles will let us play with her soon.

I have some serious news. My mom was riding Brooke today and all of a sudden, Brooke, decided to buck buck buck. My mom fell off and did not get up for a while. I think she got hurt. I hope Brooke did'nt take me seriously when I said that if you buck, Mom won't ride you anymore. I hope my mom does'nt think I started this. I was just joking. I'll keep you posted.

Well, I heard that my mom really did get hurt. She broke 3 ribs and cracked 3. I guess she won't be bringing me my carrots for a while. I hope she feels better soon. She even has Ronnie feeding us our dinner. I sure am worried about her.

Everything is back to normal. My mom was only gone about 6 days. She was still sore and moving slowly at first, but now she is back to her old self. ( She still brings me carrots!!!) Brooke had to go" down the hill" to a guy named Randy. He is supposed to teach her not to buck. I also heard a rumor that " I " have to go to Randy's for the winter. He is some sort of trainer or something like that. I am already trained. I know how to eat carrots & other treats, I know how to get groomed. I am a good boy and I don't think it's fair to send me because Brooke bucked her off. I'll keep you posted.
