Payment:
We accept 100% T/T in advance only.
No L/C(Includes Irrevocable L/C), D/P, D/A, any Bank Drafts, cheques Payment
is acceptable.
Our Credit standings and identification:
We always send the identification documents on my first reply to you.
It contains,
**Our business liscence,
**Registered Exporter number
**Picture ID of the President , Mr.Yasuhiro Totoki
**Our bank informations and contact address
How to make your payment:
**In case of Stock vehicle buying**
We always ask the custmers to send 100% FOB or CIF price in advance by
T/T to our bank account within 48hours,
after You have the proforma invoice by us. This is the basic payment rules
for us, So If you would be late this limit hours, Please send your e-mail
comments at first. I will consider it unless it has problems, and then
prolong the limit hours maximum another 48hours.
**In case of auto auction buying**
Basically the terms and condition is the same as above.
We always ask the custmers to send 100% FOB or CIF price in advance by
T/T to our bank account within 48hours,

If you would not make payment following terms and condition:
**In case of Stock vehicle buying**
We take the vehicle back to the Stock vehicle listing pages as "FOR
SALE" again immedietely, and You lose the right to buy the vehicles
at us anymore. We will never negotiate and sell the vehicle to you in future.
**In case of auto auction buying**
We won't do business with you anymore.
---Vehicle condition and Claims---
Our exporting cars are basically USED CAR.
The condition is "As it is".
Before dealings, We try to give you the information as possible as we could.
Except for these claims, We do not accept any other claims.
--The condition is apparently different from the information we gave to
you.
--The mileage was not true(means rewinded)...we notify before dealings
when the car was wrong mileage.
If you choose RO/RO shipment, we can not any claims reference to the apperance,
interior parts., because RO/RO shipment has some dangerous in stealing
and breaking.
