The Early Years

Jason was born in Calif. He was 8lbs 6 ozs. I knew from the very moment I laid eyes on him that he was God's most precious gift to me !

Jason wasn't too happy about being baptized. The water made him cry.

I know every mother thinks their baby is beautiful, but I know my son is the most beautiful gift from God !

Jason's grandfather, Pop Pop, is his inspiration, his role model, his love, his favorite person in this world.

Jay had a passion for the drums, sports and motorcycles. This was his very first motorcycle.

Jay was approached one time to do some modeling. This is just one of the many photo's from the shoot...

Jason at 3 yrs.

I knew how much Jason loved rainbows, that's why I painted clouds and rainbows all over his room. When I was out on my boat the other day talking to Jason, all of a sudden a rainbow encircled the sun, I knew Jason was there and it gave me some peace.

Here I am with my baby trying to balance him on his first bike. Once he learned on his own, there was no stopping him. He was fearless !
Such a lil daredevil from day one !

Look at PopPop and Jason in the pool. My dad had Jason swimming around at such a young age and Jay took to the water like a fish. They spent many hours swimming around and just loving one another. I bet they have found a water park up in heaven somewhere !!

Here they go again, horsing around, that Jay and PopPop. What a team !!
There is positively no doubt in my mind that they are horsing around in heaven now !!
(Jason's PopPop passed away in 1987)
