HOLLYWOOD (Zap2it.com)--Although "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn" host Craig Kilborn says he doesn't watch late night competitor "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," he did hear about the latest controversy about a racial epithet used on O'Brien's show.

"You're going to cross the line," doing a late night comedy show he says.  "I like to say every year I should offend somebody where I have to apologize.  My dad thinks it should be every six months because he likes me to be 'edgy,'" Kilborn laughs.

As the host of a late night talk show, it becomes hard to please all people without offending some in the process.

"You're going to offend some people," he adds.  "We did something the other day and someone got offended.  I don't even remember what it was but it was some crazed fan."

"It may have been an *Nsync joke, they were overreacting."
