	Get this.  Craig Kilborn will tape his final episode Friday as host of CBS's "Late Late Show" (12:37 p.m., WWJ-TV, Channel 62). But a new season beckons.  How will producer Worldwide Pants, Inc. handle it?  Special guests will host the program until a new permanent host is in place. The guest-host format will premiere Sept. 20 after three weeks of Kilborn repeats and will last until at least the end of October. "We see this as an entertaining way of transitioning from one long-time host to another," said Rob Burnett, CEO of Worldwide Pants.  The roster of guest hosts, as well as the lineup for Kilborn's final broadcast, will be announced soon. Kilborn, who announced that he would be leaving last week, took over as host in March 1999, replacing -- egad! -- Tom Snyder.
