I figure the Leader is top dog in Hulk's rogue gallery. I wanted to do a version that had more posability than the one Toy Biz came out with. The question I had was what outfit to go with. In the end, I settled on the same style as the Toy Biz figure.     The base is a Silver Surfer figure. I added Sculpey for the boots, wrist bands, underwear and chest thing, as well, of course, as that giant head. The paint is Testor's and the sealer is matte Mod Podge.
