The base is a Marvel Legends Namor figure. That punk black vest slides off. I trimmed off the ears, ankle wings and pants legs. I added Sculpey for the head cover and boot tops. I don't know if it is clear but I also added some Sculpey wrinkles to the arms, sides and stomach to create the illusion of a shirt. The trimmings (shoulder pads, horns and what-ever that ribbon on the top of his head is, come from the Toy Biz Loki that was part of the Thor line a few years ago. The cape is velvet with surged edges. The pointy gold neck piece is painted adhesive paper. The paint is Testors. The sealer, matte Mod Podge.
