Pie Crust


  • 1 1/2 C crisco shortening
  • 3 C flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 T cold water

Cut flour, salt and shortening together until crumbly. In small bowl mix vinegar and egg.
Add egg mixture and water to flour. Mix until it forms a ball. Regrigerate
for an hour or so.
