Goulash

  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 can diced stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomatoe sauce
  • 1/2 t oregano
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1/4 C chopped bell pepper
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 C elbow macaroni
  • grated cheese
Brown hamburger with onion and pepper; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Cook macaroni, drain and add to hamburger mixture. Heat through. If it isn't wet enough add more tomatoe sauce. Top with cheese and serve.
