Potato Soup |

Peel and slice potatoes 1/4" to 1/2" thickness. In a medium saucepan add water til potatoes are completely covered. Bring to a slow boil. When potatoes are tender, pour off all but 1" of the water. Add the milk, butter, salt and pepper. Heat through til butter is melted. Serve immediately. (As with all the recipes you can pour off more water or add more butter depending on your taste.) |
