Potato Puffs

  • 2 C mashed potatoes
  • 2 T milk
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 t salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix the ingredients except the eggs. Separate the egg, and beat the
white and the yolk. Beat the yolk into the potatoe mixture; then add the white by cutting
and folding in. Turn into a buttered baking dish or drop by spoonfuls on a buttered baking sheet.
Bake until brown approxiamately 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
