Baked Sweet Potatoes

2 sweet potatoes or yams butter

Clean potatoes. Wrap in foil and bake as you would regular potatoes. When done slice open and drizzle with melted butter. Serve. (These are a nice change from the normal potatoes, rice or pasta.) They taste great with pork chops and chicken.
