Rice Pilaf

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 - 3 T chopped onion
  • 1/2 C uncooked rice
  • 1 C chicken broth
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 T parsley
Pour everything into a pot wiht a lid. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover with a tight fitting lid and turn fire to simmer. Let cook 20 minutes.
