Crackers

  • 3/4 C water
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 C cornmeal
  • 1/2 t salt
Combine water and butter in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cornmeal and salt mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cooking sheet. Flatten and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
