Haystacks

4 C shoestring potato chips 8 oz. butterscotch morsels

In a double boiler melt butterscotch morsels. (Any two pans in which one will fit down inside the other will work. Just don't let the water boil over into the pan with the butterscotch.) In a large bowl pour in the shoestring potatoes. Pour the melted buttescotch over the top. Mix well. On a sheet of wax paper, or any non stick surface, drop piles of the mixture. Yes, they will look like haystacks. Let cool and eat.
