Irish Glory

1 C mashed potatoes 1/4 lb. soft butter 1 C flour 1/2 T caraway seeds 1/8 t nutmeg 1 t salt

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Roll in bread crumbs. Bake on a greased cookie sheet til brown. Serve hot.
