Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
2 C flour
1/2 t soda
1/4 t salt
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1 1/4 C sugar
1 C butter
3 eggs
1 C peanut butter
2 t vanilla
Preheat oven to 300°. In small bowl combine flour salt and soda. In a
large bowl cream suagars and butter. Add one egg at a time to butter
mixture. Add peanut butter. Add vanilla then flour mixture. Form 3/4"
balls and place on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake
for 18 - 22 minutes.
