Members of the Guild at Work
Lily Dale Artisan Guild (formerly the Lily Dale Craft Guild) was founded in October, 2004 for the purpose of creating beautiful handcrafted items for the use of all Lily Dale non-profit organizations in their fundraising endeavors.
Check out the photos and videos of items available to your organization for fundraising purposes and the Guild at work (click on the words "the photos and videos" in blue on the left). Please note that some of these items may no longer be available. We keep updating the page, so keep looking :) Also, check out photos of our members at work.
Our Motto: "When our eyes see our hands doing the work of our hearts, the circle of creation is completed within us, the doors of our souls fly open, and love steps forth to heal everything in sight."
- Anne Jones
The Guild meets every Tuesday (year round) at the Lyceum Building in Lily Dale from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We also have a wonderful and delicious pot luck lunch every week. Yummy! All kinds of crafters welcome. Even if you don't do a craft, do drop in...you may be inspired! We have quilting, basket making, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, fairy house making, beading, etc. etc.! Members use materials that have been generously donated to the Guild or can provide their own materials.
For more info: Email Carol Dechard at cdechard@netsync.net
Incidentally, we are always looking for other members to join! We have lots of fun...
Events
When we can't use the Lyceum Building due to Elections, etc. we go on field trips! These field trips consist of going to craft stores like A.C. Moore, Michaels, etc. in Erie or elsewhere. We also make sure to have a delicious lunch out. Don't miss out! Join us...
BTW, Thanks to all our Guild members who crafted and donated articles to all Lily Dale fund raising events in 2008 for various organizations on the grounds! Wonderful Job Guys!!
Donations:If you have any unused craft materials you don't need, we at the Guild would be happy for your donation. Please drop off at the Lily Dale Lyceum Building during our operating hours. Thank you!

Mask Making with Becky Larson
Going to the Lily Dale costume party? In need of a special mask to wear, perhaps one to match your outfit? Come and select from your choices of fabrics, feathers, sequins, beads, and many other materials too numerous and varied to mention.
Join Becky as she assists and guides those who have never crafted or used a hot glue gun and believe that they can’t create a masterpiece. Or perhaps you are a master craftsman and designer and are ready to try your hand at mask making? Regardless of your expertise, come and join your fellow participants in designing and creating a unique mask to wear to the Lily Dale Endowment Fund Costume Party — or make your own creation just to take home, to wear at Halloween, or perhaps use your mask to decorate a wall in your home.
