        2312. Reuben Werkheiser (1/21/1838-11/11/1895) married Maria Anna Darrohn (3/17/1842-3/4/1868) on April 25 1863. Reuben and Maria were both born in Plainfield Township. He then married Amanda Sabina Kotz (5/3/1852-1/19/1820) on October 23, 1868. They are all buried in the Plainfield Cemetery. Reuben and Maria had three children:
        23121. Lovine Franklin Werkheiser (6/9/1864-5/31/1865) is buried in the Plainfield Cemetery.
        23122. Israel Werkheiser (10/9/1865-10/26/1866) is buried in the Plainfield Cemetery.
        23123. Emma Sabina Werkheiser (1/21/1867-11/9/1936) married Theodore Brower (6/16/1863-12/10/1921) on March 1, 1888 in Easton, Pennsylvania. Emma was born in Ackermanville, Pennsylvania. Theodore was born in New York, New York. They are buried in Hay's Cemtery in Easton, Pennslyvania.         23124. Lewis Peter Werkheiser (12/25/1869-4/29/1936) married Mary Louise Shiffer (5/22/1871-6/27/1938). Mary is the daughter of John Shiffer of Bethleham, Pennsylvania. Lewis and Mary are buried in the Greenwood Cemetery in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Lewis and Mary had one child:
        231241. Bertha May Werkheiser (12/24/1893-9/19/1978) married Spencer Milton Reph (9/2/1888-4/1973). They were married by the Rev. Wotring at the Nazareth Reformed Church. They are buried in the Greenwood Cemetery in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Bertha and Spencer had one child:
        2312411. Mary Rodelle Reph married Robert Charles Nagel on June 17, 1950, by the Rev. Walter Diehl at the Nazareth Reformed Church. Mary and Robert had one child:

        23126. Jennie Ursula Werkheiser (9/9/1874-3/4/1917) married Charles Benjamin Young (11/22/1851-1/20/1946). Jennie is buried in the Plainfield Cemetery, and Charles is buried in the Belfast Cemetery.
        23127. Elmer Werkheiser (4/29/1877-5/3/1954) married Lucy E. Gum (4/28/1880-5/4/1925). Elmer then married Ella Gum Alsover (d. 5/4/1932) on May 15, 1933. Ella's maiden name was Strauss. Elmer then married Caroline Roberts (b. 7/8/1880) on February 22, 1937, by the Rev. Stolt in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Elmer and Lucy share a tombstone with her parents on the south side of the road in the Planfield Cemetery. The stone is Aaron (1839-1908) and Elizabeth Gum (1845-1920).         23128. John Edwin Werkheiser (12/19/1878-10/30/1943) married Lilly M. Hineline (4/28/1878-6/12/1927) on February 22, 1896, by the Rev. A.E. Erdman at the Nazareth Church. Lilly is the daughter of George F. and Alice Bursh Nineline. John was born in upper Mount Bethel Township and Lilly was born in Forks Township.         23129. Sarah Malinda Werkheiser (1/2/1883-7/2/1942) married Lovine C. Frutchey (9/3/1866-9/10/1944). They are buried in the Plainfield Cemetery.

        23129a2. Janet U. Happle (b. 9/11/1913) married Ralph Barlieb (b. 8/22/1909) on June 25, 1932, at Elkton, Maryland. Ralph was married a second time by Rev. Lawhead of the U.C.C. Church in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, to Patricia Schleicher on August 8, 1962. Patricia was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Schleicher of Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Janet and Ralph had three children:
        23129a21. Ned Ralph Barlieb married Dorothy Rash 2/4/1935-2/12/1958) on September 10, 1955, in Easton, Pennsylvania. Dorothy is buried in the Forks Cemetery.

        23129a3. Thomas Reuben Happle married Evelyn Whitehead in May of 1934, at Elkton, Maryland. They had two children:

        23129b. Frederick Reuben Werkheiser (7/15/1891-9/20/1944) married Mamie Alice Lynn (7/14/1889-6/24/1955) on November 24, 1910, by the Rev. Harvey S. Kidd at the parsonage in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. Frederick and Mamie had three children:
        23129b1. Catherine Werkheiser (9/21/1911-5/19/1915). Catherine is buried in the Nisky Hills Cemetery in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
        23129b2. Mazie Amanda Werkheiser married Joseph Michael Lyons on September 21, 1931 or 32. Mazie and Joseph divorced and she then married Ralph Eugene Stahlnecker on October 16, 1947, by Alderman Culp. Mazie and Ralph had one child:
        23129b21. Eugene Frederick Stahlnecker. Eugene was baptized on October 17, 1948 by the Rev. Cobb Grace at the Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
        23129b3. Frederick R. Werkheiser (7/3/1916-11/7/1918). Frederick is buried in the Fariview Cemetery in Bethlehem, Pennslyvania.
