Revell Bf-109G-4 trop

This is a reboxing of the superb Hasegawa 'new tool' 109G-6 with some extra bits to back date it to a G-4. Essentially the extras are resin, spoked wheels and the tropical air filter. Other than that it's a standard G-6 kit (however, much less expensive than the Hasegawa one). I won't bother to rehash how well the kit goes together and how good the fit is and how good the detail is. All I added was some CE posable seat belts. I decided to go against the grain and do a freelanced tropical scheme and use the kit decals. Paint is entirely PollyScale acrylics. While it may not represent an actual aircraft it certainly displays the elements found in the tropical Luftwaffe 109's
