Hey hey, I'm soo tired right now I can barely keep my eyes open, but I thought I would update quick before I hit the hay. Yo becca we will get that guy later! Tommorrow night possibly?! Anyways, I am so tired since I have been getting up the past three days at 7:30 a.m. for my internship, which I love. It's so cool to be able to read the "client's" files and find out their diagnosis and their past history to try to figure out what may have caused their illness. They are such sweet people. My coworkers are also really cool. They are so helpful. I was really fortunate to get this opportunity for the summer. There is even a guy my age that works there so thats cool, someone to hang out with. So yeah, I'm really liking that. I favorite patients are a woman who checked in yesterday who was found wandering the interstate because she said that she was "looking for God's house," she also wanted to buy a ticket to England to talk to God about the Y2K issue. This lady also liked to cut all the power cords in her house since they were "poisening her house." The guy patient I like is the one who thinks that he was drafted for the Detroit Lions and received a 50,000 signing bonus, but his dad "stole" it from him. There are many more stories, I could go on forever but those are my favorites. Today I got to lead two groups also so that was way cool. Alyssa and Becca and I saw Shrek 2 tonight! It was awesome! I loved the 1st one and the 2nd one rocked also. I highly recommend it. So tommorrow I have no work so I am going to call Torgy's about my app, then probably head to Morris to the 'ol RFC. Should be a good time! My first refereeing (is that a word?) game is Sat morning at 9:00. I am very pumped, making money for watching soccer...pretty tough. Later that day is all relaxing on the boat with the girls. Anyways, that is all I can write right now because I am dead...man its only 11:30...I am an old woman...well peace out ya'lls

Yoyo, Ash and I just got done watching the T-wolves game, which they lost so that kinda sucks. I had my internship today which was interesting/scary because two people cut themselves and one had to go to the ER and then had to be admitted to Fergus Falls Mental Hospital..so that sucked...its really sad that those people hurt themselves. So yeah other than that is was pretty uneventful...I am excited for this weekend cause Ash and I and maybe Alyssa are gonna head up to Moorhead cause ashley has to get ready for her bros wedding and alyssa wants to see her significant other. I will probably chill with ethan and hannah which will kick ass, I miss those guys! I think I may hit up Poock's places too cause Doug and Wes will be there so it will be cool to hang out with them. I also have to see my old roomies cause you guys kick ass!! and I miss you a lot too! So those are the big plans. I have been listening to this group called Coheed and Cambria, they are really cool....I am reading a few books right now one is about Feng Shui, and it is really interesting. The Chinese are a really cool and dynamic group of people...i don't think people give them enough credit. I got one of Dr. Phil's books too..hes the man. I have been starting to work out more regularly too so I feel a lot better not being so sedentary. Its also a good stress reliever and my muscles are tightening up pretty well so If I don't become a lazybutt I should be ok for my summer training....soceer will be really fun...it will be great to be part of a team again. Summer soccer starts soon YAY!!!! gotta love it!! I think I am gonna head to bed pretty soon since my alarm will be ringin in about 7 hours then Im of to crazy oaks...so to all who read this I love you and im out.

I had a thuper day at work today! I think it all depends on my attitude...it rocked my face off. The peeps there are super cool. I am going to go fishing with a guy I work with who catches like 6lb. bass...nice. After work I had a little break and then I got to go ref a soccer game. I am improving with every game. I have gained enough confidence now to where I do a pretty decent job. It's cool too because since I am doing well alexandria has asked me to ref some of their games sooo i will be one busy chica on Sat. I have a game at 10, 2, and I center ref one at 7 thats where i make my paper, doing the center. (being center ref....you pervs..) I also will be playing from 5:30-7 with Hill and tha boyzzz. That will kick ass. A day of soccer, what more could I want! That night I am also supposed to go to this concert, but I don't know if I will be going, I am sure I will be tired and I work the next morning. Meh, I'll have to see, Lindsey Long wants me to go, haha she rox. Anyways, I start working at Perkins tommorrow, that will be nice to have some money coming in from there too. It will be a stressfull week comin up since I teach summer rec in the mornings and from there I shower and get trained in at Perkins. It will be worth it tho, I get to teach soccer and get paid for it!! should be a good time yet I haven't made up my lesson plan for summer rec, I best be gettin on that. I think I may be heading to bed pretty soon, I am super tired and have a big day tommorrow. I must say one thing tho on a serious note, after my stint in the ER, I find that I have a lot to be thankful for and that I shouldn't take my friends and family for granted, also, don't sweat the small stuff! O.k. im starting to sound like an inspirational speaker...but seriously to my friends and family, I love you, you are the glue that holds me together in tough times. ok enough sappiness...take care ya'll and have a good night/day!!

Hey, so it's been awhile since I last wrote, my computer has been really stupid lately and has been freezing up everytime I try to work on this baby....but yeah what have I been doing for the last coupla days? Well, I have been doing summer rec from 8:30 to 12:30 everyday Mon.-Thurs. I taught soccer to kids 2nd-7th grade, they were so fun. I especially loved the little ones, they are so enthusiastic about everything! I love it! I get to do another week next week which will be cool cause I will be a helper this time instead of the lead teacher so I will have to do a lot less planning and get payed the same. So that will be cool. On Tuesday night I went to soccer which kicked ass as always...I scored two goals!! whooooo...I am starting to get the old skills back, at least in the shooting and passing dept. My endurance cold def. be improved! meh, I'll get better over time..after that Cody and I went to Bugaboo and Shook our bon bons. That was super fun, I met some really cool people, I even met a guy from Concordia. Apparently when you dance with a guy they think that this gives them an all access pass to touch anything they want, annoying to say the least....the most hilarious part of the night was when these two drunk girls got into this brawl like 3 feet away from me! They were punching each other and pulling each others hair and this one girl had a halter top on and no bra and the girl yanked her shirt off! haha her boob was hangin out in front of like 50 people! fightin doesn't pay...Cody was talkin crazy talk on the way home...put me off a little..other than that is the night was fun. Tonight I started at Perkins, I think I am really going to like it. From the sounds of it they all hang out after hours and stuff so that will be fun, they seem like cool people. I like making the food too, sounds kinda dorky but I like cooking and stuff. I am really excited for this weekend cause I get to hang out with Becca Friday night and then Sat, I head up to Moorhead for Hannah's surprise birthday!! I am so excited, but I have no idea what to get her...hmmm...Anyways, I am super beat, I get to sleep in tommorrow for the first time in a few weeks so that will be really nice! I just got off the phone with Julian, it was like the 2nd time this summer I have had a conversation with him on the phone this summer, we caught each other up on what's up in our lives, he gets to stay up till 4 a.m. tonight working...I'm glad I get to be snuggled up in my bed all warm! It was cool talkin with him tho. I was going to try to finish my front page for this website, but im going to bed...so this is me signing off...peace out..

Hey, I'm really bored right now sitting in the computer lab of the Alexandria Library, I am killing time between my Oakland Place 9-3 shift and my Perkins 5-? shift....soo...I finally finished my frontpage, so if you want to check that out it has a few more random things on it. I am very tired right now....I want sleep, so needless to say I'm not really looking forward to my shift tonight, but at least I will be making some cash. What have I been doing the last coupla days hmmm...well my last day of summer rec was yesterday so that was sad...but umm yeah some lady just walked in and said that she is cloing the computer lab so I gotta leave soo I guess thats it for now...peace out!

yoyo, I am soo sleepy right now but I thought I would write a bit on this baby before I hit the sack. What have I been doing...well I don't really remember Monday, but Tuesday I worked at Oakland Place then Alyssa and I headed up to Bugaboo that night a had a super time! It was awesome, lots of dancing and funny drunk friends. What a great evening haha....oh megan...anyways Wednesday I again worked at the OP and then afterward Al and I hit the lake on the pontoon and did a little tubin and tanning. Later we joined her parents and some other people for a bar-b-que and watched some videos. I also got a call from Ethan, it was cool talkin to him. I miss him and Hannah!! Anyways, Thursday was a long day since I worked at crazy oaks 9-3 and then perkins 4-11 so I was a tired girly...today, I got to sleep in which was much needed, then I headed to my cuz's place to tan by her pool. That was nice an relaxing before I headed to perkins to work at 5. I also chatted with Julian for awhile while I was tanning which was nice. My cousin for some reason found this very comical. Soo anyways, I will be working at going out in el bota tommorrow I am thinkin, and later that night is a street dance so that will be fun...its a lot of perkins for the next coupla days tho. yeah mo money. Big week next week!! wooo hooo...so yes, I'm gonna go to sleep now so I hope all of you sexy bitches that read this have a great day/night...peace out

Hey hey, so I haven't updated for awhile so quite a bit has been goin on in my life. I have been having these dizzy spells a lot lately and I shake and stuff and I found out that I have low blood sugar, so if I don't eat for a long time thats what happens...i thought that was kinda weird. Anyways last week I went to Mankato twice once Tuesday night and on Friday. I stayed at Doug Nelson's house. I was awesome seeing him again, I miss that dude. We were good buds in high school. Apparently he is quite the slut these days tho, to each his own I guess. I guess I really shouldn't talk however. but yeah, i did the vocals for "tommorrow days" for Choking Hazard, It was cool I was frusterated at first cause I was sounding so shitty cause I was so nervous. It hope it turned out alright for the guys tho, i would feel bad if everyone was like yeah your cd rox except that one track with the girl singing man thats shitty...haha...Mankato was really fun, its so pretty there. I was actually thinkin of transferring there. We all partied on Friday night and got pretty drunk. it was a really good time. I helped to steal a sign from Wes Tessman's apt parking lot, haha...i guess i will never grow outta stealing things like that. It was really cool to see how a cd is recorded, it was a cool experience. On Saturday I went to Valleyfair with a buncha friends, which was kickass since some random guy came up to ashley and I and gave as free tickets to get in so that rocked. Saved some money. Money I may use to go to Blaine on Wed. to see Mia Hamm play one of her last games on the National team against austrailia. If I can recruit someone to go with me I think I may go cause that would definitely be a highlight of the summer and since I only have 3 weeks left i should get everything out of it I can. I think I am mivng back to school the 8th or 9th of Aug. so i can get all settled in before I get to start two-a-days for soccer. Janna called me and said she talked to the coach and he as really cool so im pumped!! But yeah last night was a very late night since all my friends are bitches and couldn't bring me to get my car in paynesville Julian was nice enough to drive all the way there after work. I should have taken a greyhound or something, he was so tired on the way back I was a little worried neither he nor I would make it to our final destinations. Anyway I really appreciated that. But I am super tired and I have to workout and then I'm hopin to go out in the boat with some friends tommorrow before work if have time. So I must go to bed to be in tip top skiing shape! goodnight muh bebes ; )

hey what up ya'll, man i have been super busy these last few days with work and working out for soccer and all that jazz. i finally got to update this morning since I don't have to rush off to somewhere. I have been working hard, but also partying hard. Its good to keep a balance in your life I always say haha...I am gonna miss the people I chilled with this summer when I go back to school. They were really cool. I am really excited for school to start tho, especially with soccer and all. Our first scrimmage it at NW U on the 22nd and then we scrimmage concordia the 25th so if anyone wants to come watch the support would be much appreciated! So not too pumped to be having to do all that work with school and all but seeing old friends will kickass. The coolest thing this year tho will be that I get my laundry done for me since I am an athlete, something that will be very good for me who does laundry like once a month (when I go home) haha, I start running very low on clothes by the end...overall it has been an awesome summer, really cool people, good times, new experiences...so I can only hope the upcoming year will be as fun. Im sure it will since i have really cool roomies. If any ya'lls wanna come visit I will be living in Neumaier 212 and will have two very comfortable recliners and several parties so stop by, it will be good times. I gotta get going I have a lot crap to do to get ready for school and I gotta suck up as much summer fun as I can these last few days as I can. Peace out.
