Buried Treasure Videos
Here's a list of great movies on video and DVD.  Although you may not have seen or heard of most of them, each one is a real treasure.
Enchanted April - Two women meet by chance and decide to escape their lives by going on holiday in Italy.  To make ends meet, they advertise for two more female  traveling companions.  All four women find peace and contentment that they had not known before in the serene Italian countryside.

Psycho Beach Party - Campy look at the 1950's beach party and slasher films.  It's a clever mix and full of celebrities you'll recognize.

Bootmen - When their steel plant threatens to shut down, two brothers plan a benefit tap show to raise money for re-training.  Lost of plot twists in this australian film.

Born Yesterday - This one's a classic!  A millionaire junk-man goes to Washington DC for some shady dealing.  He decides his girlfriend needs to be more refined and educated.  She learns alot more than he ever bargained for!
There is also a remake starring John Goodman, but it doesn't compare at all.

Malcolm - This hard to find Australian import is one of the most clever movies I've seen in a long time.  It's about an idiot savant whose inventions help a thief pull off some daring and clever robberies..

An Eye for an Eye - Her daughter is raped and murdered, the police won't help, what's a mother to do?  She sets out to make sure that her daughter's killer can never kill again.

Tatie Danielle - This black comedy is an import from France.  It follows the life of a manipulative ornery old woman, who wreaks havoc on the lives of  her nephew and his wife when she goes to live with them.

Kitty - Return to Auschwitz - This compelling and moving documentary chronicles the journey of Kitty Hart and her son to Auschwitz concentration camp.  She recounts what it was like for a child to live through the horrors of the camp with her vividly graphic words.

The Manhattan Project - A 17 year old boy builds a fully functioning atomic bomb as a science project and has to run for his life from the US military, who have branded him as a terrorist.  Lots of action.
