1. Personality - I won't lie to you we want a friend along with a recruit so in order for us to determine your personality, you will need to hang out around my server often and get to know us better.
2. Attitude - This goes right along with personality, likewise we don't want some punk with a bad attitude representing Clan[SITH].
3. Skills/Trainablity - We are looking for members that will be expert saberist, this doesn't mean you have to be the Micheal Jordan of dueling the first time we meet you, but you have to at least show us that you can be trained.
4. Clan Member Approval - In order to keep from making a recruitment mistake, or have a new member that almost everyone else hates, we are going to have discussions about possible recruits between the clan members within the forums, most likely. If the majority of clan members approve of a certain possible recruit, and he/she meets the other requirements its probably a good chance we will recruit them. All possible recruits are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to contact us via the forums rather than email, especially my email!! hehe
