Theatre Links
As a theatre professional with  over twenty years experience, I'm pleased to welcome you to my theatre page.

The first site I'd like to take you to is capa.com,my employer.  Visit the SIX!, yes six separate venues CAPA owns and/or operates.  My theatre, the Ohio Theatre, was just about the very first of the old movie palaces to be saved.  The wrecking ball was parked outside waiting to knock it down in 1969, but at the eleventh hour, a concerned group of citizens finally raised enough money to buy it from the developer.  It was my privilege to film the one minute PSA that helped bring in contributions.  We placed the camera on the highest level of the upper balcony, and using a 12 to 120 zoom lens, began a one-minute pull out from a close up of a lone flute player center stage.  Quick shots of some of the great architectural details and wrecking balls knocking over bricks were then cut into the spot.  It was a lot of fun and the writer/producer won an award for it.

Here are a few of my favorite theatrical sites.  Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
