VelvetYBlue wants to know: How did you decide to do a Prince song and what is your all
time favorite Prince jam?
Jordan: I've always been a big fan of Prince and I've always wanted
to do one of his songs. My favorite song of his is "Do Me Baby" although that's
not the one that I did.
Courtney asks: will you be touring in Canada and the US?
Jordan: As soon as my album is released in the summer, I will be
doing a radio promo tour, throughout Canada, US, and the rest of the world.
Staci asks: What do you like to do besides music?
Jordan: I love to play basketball. What else? Ummm like to play
basketball and and and ... what else? Play Station. And I just picked up Chess, but I'm
not a nerd.
Staci from Belafonte, PA: Why did NKOTB break up anyway?
Jordan: We all pretty much just wanted to pursue our own personal
dreams and goals.
Courtney asks: I was wondering how you feel you have changed both
musically and also mentally since being with the New Kids?
Jordan: I feel that my musical tastes have broadened. I listen to
stuff I never thought I would listen to. Even though I still love R&B, I've gotten
into alternative music also. As far as mentally, I'm still trying to figure that out.
Joker J from Texas asks: What is the last book you read?
Jordan: "Harry Blackstone's Magic Card Tricks"

Jordan: Stylistics, Prince, The Beatles...and Mozart
Vira asks: Do you feel that NKOTB split up at the right time or do
you feel you should have split up earlier or later?
Jordan: Commercially, maybe we could have split up earlier.
But as far as us being friends, we split up at the right time.
Roxy from Toronto asks: Do you sing in the shower?
Jordan: I do, but you probably wouldn't want to hear it.
Christian asks: As one of your few male fans, I'm wondering will you use your falsetto on
your new CD?
Jordan: I use it in songs here and there, but have yet to
find a song to sing the whole thing in my falsetto. I'd love to do it, but the song hasn't
come along that has really made we want to do it.
Amy asks: If you could go back and look into the future, would you do it all over again
(NKOTB)?
Jordan: Yes definitely. I've learned a great deal of things
from my experience in NKOTB... both musically and otherwise. And we've had a lot of fun
and I feel it was a great learning process for me to go on to a solo career.
Kelly from Auburn, Alabama asks... When do you expect the first single to be released?
Jordan: July. And hopefully after that, we'll be touring
around the world including Japan, New Zealand and your state, Alabama.
Jenny asks... Are you planning on doing any music videos for any of the songs on your new
album?
Jordan: Hopefully all of them! Definitely the singles,
hopefully all of them. I love doing videos.
Maria from Montreal asks: How much did the lip synching fiasco hurt you?
Jordan: I guess it really didn't matter because the people
that believed in us knew what the truth was. And we were always very honest with what we
did. If anything, it made us stronger.
Jane from Kansas City Missouri asks...Are you afraid that your previous negative publicity
will have a negative affect on your career now?
Jordan: It seems like any big artists are going to receive
negative publicity. And that comes with the territory, but I believe there was a lot of
positive publicity also. And I think that will definitely help me.
Deelishdiva asks...Are you ready to handle the same magnitude of fame as you did with the
Kids?
Jordan: Because I've been through it before, I would say that
I'm more ready now than ever. Although it is a bit different when you're doing it by
yourself.
Maria from Montreal wants to know...How did you hook up with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis?
Jordan: Since I was 17, I've always wanted to work with them.
When I got my solo album deal, I asked an executive at Interscope Records if he knew them.
He said yes. I asked him to reach out to them to see if they would be interested in
working with me. Amazingly, they said they would love to. And then I passed out!
Becky from Miramar Florida asks...Have you found it difficult working and performing on
your own.
Jordan: On one hand it puts more pressure and responsibility
on me, but I am able to make decisions much quicker, which is a plus.
Sarah from Sydney Australia asks...How do you feel about fans hanging around where you
live?
Jordan: I feel flattered they would actually come all that
way just to get a glimpse of me, on the other hand...it is a little uncomfortable for my
friends and family.
Bradley Bick asks... Did you write any songs on your album?
Jordan: So far, I've written pretty much all the songs on the
album and collaborated with Robin Thicke, a great young song writer. Speaking of that,
I've also worked with another young artist and songwriter from Boston. His name is Michael
Africk. He's recorded a whole new album, which you can check out on his web site. Which
you'll be able to be linked through mine. I strongly recommend you check it out.
Michelle from Lubbock Texas asks... Do you think radio stations and DJ's won't play
anything from your album just because you were from NKOTB?
Jordan: Not with good friends like you calling them every ten
seconds. Ha ha ha ha
Kacy from Thunder Bay asks...Did you enjoy having more of an input into this album and
making all the creative decisions on your own instead of having to agree with other
people?
Jordan: It was great to collaborate with the rest of NKOTB
and Maurice, but being in creative control of my own project has always been a dream for
me and I'm loving every minute of it.
Becky from St. Louis asks...What inspires you to write your songs?
Jordan: All you have to do is ask yourself "how do I
feel right now?" Anyone asking what the new music will be like, you'll be able to
hear small snippet's of the songs pretty soon on the site.
Karine from Montreal asks...Have you ever thought of redoing "You Make Me Feel Brand
New" by the Stylistics? I always think of you when I hear it.
Jordan: Many times. But I love to listen to it just the way
it is.
Chrissy from Michigan asks...Jordan, is it boxers or briefs? LOL
Jordan: I'm a free-spirited kind of guy. (Woohoo...Tracy's
comment!)
Dawn21 from Chicago asks...What is the name of the songs Donnie helped you with on your
album?
Jordan: Don't Run From Me. It was the piece on Entertainment
Tonight.
Melissa from Michigan asks: I'd like to know how Jonathan is.
Jordan: I was just with Jon today and he's doing just great.
I'll tell him you asked.
Marnie from Illinois asks...If you were ever to do a duet with someone in the future, how
would you choose the specific person?
Jordan: I'd love to sing a duet with Pamela Anderson. Just singing of course.
Cassie from California asks...Jordan what's in your CD player right now?
Jordan: My friend Mike Africk's new CD.

Jordan: He's currently single.
Tanner from Ft. Dodge, Iowa: Have you seen the movie Boogie Nights?
Jordan: That was me in the last scene. Didn't ya know?

yet?
Jordan: When I master it in the studio, that's when I'll
title it.
Lindsay from New York asks...What is the first thing you'd like to do on a day off?
Jordan: I'd like to go sky diving. (If at first you don't
succeed, skydiving is not for you!.....Tracy's comments!)

Jordan: It was real cool to chat with everyone and it was
