HOST: Time now to talk about the boys. You know, that great American invention the heartthrob. The qualifications were simple, being an attractive male wanting to me idolized by million of American teengirls. No experience necessary, goofy hair a must.

Christopher Atkins: Well, when you are, You know, 18 years old being a heartthrob is not a bad thing to be...he he.

Host: It's even better to be a popstar that's what happened to Jordan Knight. Thousands of fans screamed his name every night when he was a member of the New Kids on the Block. They were the N'sync of their day but, when this new kids became home kids Jordan decided to go alone.

Jordan: When I signed my solo deal, I was really nervous about hmmm carrying the whole show by myself. My anxiety definetely kicked deep end. That's when I had to start like singing in piano bars to get over it and all that stuff.

Host: From sold out stadiums to piano bars, not what you call upward momentum. But Jordan's doing it for a reason.

Jordan: I've grown up, I'm not making a conscious effort to try to say, I'm older now I'm more serious. I've grown up. I'm just. I'm just me now, I've just...I guess, I've just you know... I've just evolved a little bit.
