Dandelion                   (poem 89)
one amber strand
capturing a frozen frame
stirring tassels in my hand
newly-found touching breeze
thawing eyes from winter freeze
returning the beautiful flame

instant shells arrive
as golden tresses stand
overtaking seas of green
blanking eye imperfections
winking clouds detach
stirring abandoned gardens
of conformity

one ivory tongue
reaching for immortality
forces range beyond humanity
tracing this feather of love
that runs thru every tapestry
allowing us to land
return another strand

one amber strand . . .
