Hopefully you have not eaten all the bananas.

You will need a very good blender with a strong blade.

Pour about 1 cup of soy milk (I use vanilla flavored) into blender. Add about 1 banana's worth of Frozen Banana a la Chunk. If you have soy powder, add a scoop for the protein.

Make sure cap is on blender, and start blending!

Tip:
If you add more bananas and less milk, this will have the consistency of ice cream, and is quite a treat!

Add soy or peanut butter if you desire.
