A Story About Me
page 2
I’m back, I have a surprise to tell you, but I’ll wait to tell you later because I have to tell you more about my mommy, I love her very much and daddy says that I look like her, which is good because she is really pretty.  She has long red hair.  People call it auburn, but to me its red cause red is my favorite color.  She has big brown eyes that can see right through my brother and me when we are bad.  Like the time that we hid in the well, boy did she ever get mad at us. She didn’t yell at us but I could tell she was really mad at us. I didn’t think she would ever stop being mad, but then later on that night she came into our rooms and told us how scared she had gotten when she couldn’t find us, and that’s why she got so mad at us.  I told her we were only playing hide and go seek with her, but I guess we went a little to far.  I told her we were sorry and would never do it again.  She said that was good because she was so scared that something had happened to us that she wouldn’t know what to do if anything happened to us.  I don’t know what I would do if anything happened to mommy.  I love her so much and I would hate it if something ever happened to her too.

Lets see……what else can I tell you.  I guess I could tell you what I look like even though you already know who I look like.  I look a lot like my mommy.  I have red hair too and even though she has brown eyes, mine are bright blue like my daddy’s.  The only difference between my mommy and me besides our eyes and me being littler than her is, is that my hair is not as long as mommy’s, but its not short like daddy’s either, its somewhere in the middle. I guess your wondering why, me, Jessica Louise Hart, being just 5 yrs old, knows all these big words and can type on a computer?  Well I’ll tell you, I’m smart for my age.  I have been sitting on my mommy’s lap since I can remember typing away at the computer.  She taught me my letters, my numbers, and the proper use of language, while I was just being with my mommy.  Did I tell you I love her very much?  I don’t know why, I just do.  She’s my mommy and I love her and I don’t want anything bad ever to happen to her.  Cause I don’t know what I would do without my mommy.  She is the best.  Do you want to know what else she taught me?  She is teaching me how to speak French.  I still haven’t quite figured it out yet, but I think it will come eventually, I hope.  I guess I get more cool stuff from my daddy.  Even though I love watching ballet, dressing in dresses and writing, like my mommy, I like to do more stuff with daddy.

Even though I love my mommy very much, I am very much a daddy’s girl.  We go everywhere together.  You remember me telling you about my horsey Sam?  Well he was a birthday present from Daddy, last year when I was 4.  He spoils me rotten, mommy says so.  But hey I figure that I’m his only daughter so why shouldn’t he spoil me?  Which leads me to the surprise I have to tell you.  We went for a ride in his convertible car.  It’s a 1967 red corvette that mommy got for his birthday last year.  She got a diamond necklace for hers, I think daddy got the better deal if you ask me.  Anyhow that wasn’t the surprise, the surprise was is that I got to go up in an airplane with my daddy, just him and me and nobody else.  Talk about cool. It was the bestest surprise ever.    It was sooo neat flying up in the clouds, Daddy says that if I would like it he would teach me how to fly.  I just looked at him with my mouth hanging open.  He said, “I take it that’s a yes then?”  OH YES!  He says that we have to wait until I get older, man I can’t wait til I get older.  Well that’s about it for now.  I’d better go.  Mommy is calling me down for dinner, she says that Daddy went out and got KFC, so I’d better go and get a chicken leg before daddy eats them all.  I’ll talk to you later.  BYE!
