BARDOLUNA

Miracle Coke (and other odditys)

Does it sometimes seem like you've tried everything to make your life better, but nothing works? Spent oodles of money on name-brand products to make everyday living more enjoyable, but to no avail? Well here's the magic answer you've been waiting for for so long! Perfect for those who enjoy using everyday household items to their benefits! And believe me, *THIS REALLY DOES WORK!!*

Another little known fact about cola, such as Coke or Pepsi, are the fiber-inducing ingredients added, such as phosphoric acid. Now, don't let the acid scare you, it's not all bad. Phosphoric acid actually adds to the natural thickness of your hair, give your hair a silky, fuller shine. Get a small bucket or plastic bin to hold your head under, and slowly pour the soda on your hair, letting it slowly soak to the roots. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes, and then dry... DO NOT WASH OUT! It will wash away the phosphates. Allow it to sit for a full 12 hours before washing, stickiness is a natural side effect, so you may want to do this before bed.

Try this for whiter teeth... a preservative called Sodium Benzoate found in A&W root beer, as well as other soft drinks, its also found in Colgate Extra whitening tooth paste. If you increase root beer  consumption to around two cans a day (one in the morning and once before bed) and drink slowly, swishing around the liquid in your mouth, you will soon be on your way to whiter teeth! (results after 14-18 days)

Mud baths... a common sight to see at a day spa. The truth is, the mud  adds nutrients and moisturizers to your skin that the sun may have dried out. Perhaps the cost and time spent on going to a spa seems to much for you? Make your own mud bath! One common thought is digging a whole in your backyard and filling it with water, however, this doesn't include the nutrients in the rich topsoil, which is what your body needs most. Instead, take a small bucket or trash can-like container and fill it with the topsoil of dirt, once again, I stress that you get the topsoil. Take it to your bath tub, and spread a thin layer of the dirt along the bottom of the basin (remember to keep the drain plugged!) Once thats done, turn the shower head on and slowly soak the dirt. Once there's about an inch or two of water, go ahead and add the rest of the dirt and let the tub fill up. Sit in the tub for about 20-30 minutes before rinsing yourself off (lightly rinse, so as to not wash away the rest of the nutrients.) When done, simply rinse the remaining dirt down the drain!
