" MULLETMAN ", was born Milford A. Bolton on March 13th, 1965, to Frank and Bethel in Jerome, Arkansas.  The only child to the man that killed Bambi's mother, Milford couldn't handle the pressure and ran away from home at the age of thirteen.  He quickly found a new family--the circus.
Touring the country with King-Cookman Circus Troupe guessing people's weight, he was able to discover who he really was.  During a show in Wyoming, he caught the eye of the Captain Odor and his wife, Bittergirl.  They were able to lure Milford away from the circus in 1981.  Milford helped Captain Odor and Bittergirl fight invisible criminals until Captain Odor's untimely death in 1984 due to food poisoning from a popular Mexican fast food restaurant that cannot be named due to legal reasons.  Bittergirl urged Milton to apply to the famed AASH ( American Academy of Superheros ) and was accepted in 1986 having been awarded the prestigious Mighty Mouse scholarship.  The AASH, located in upper Metropolis, was a breath of fresh air for the future superhero.  He enjoyed the fast paced city life and was able to adjust quickly, however, he still longed for the circus.  At AASH, Milford he needed a superhero name and took on the name Flintman because he like rocks.
Unfortunately, Milford was dismissed from AASH after only one year due to a drug abuse problem; an addiction to Ex-lax.  Crushed by this, Milford went into a deep depression.  He knocked around from town to town until another superhero changed his life forever.  In  a dark alley in 1991, three henchmen approached Milford.  They robbed him and we're on their way to beating him to death when suddenly someone came to the rescue of the near dead Flintman.
     Spiderman.
The two formed a tight friendship.  Spiderman  was able to get Milford steady work in the mailroom of the Justice League of America, where he worked for over a year.  Unfortunatley, Milford's past caught up with him.  Dismissed from the mailroom for stealing office supplies, he went back to his old friend; Ex-lax.
One day at the track, Milford, with nothing to lose, placed his life savings on a 200-1 longshot to win.  His horse, " The Black Mullet ", won and cashed in over two million dollars.  Out of respect he changed his name from Flintman to Mulletman.  With this new name and new outlook, Mulletman decided to give back to the community, and in late 1996 he formed the Justice League of Idiots.
Mulletman had high expectations.  Wanting to train young, upcoming superheros on their way to stardom he claimed, forthright,  " The Justice League of Idiots is the bestest darn group of superheros, and most of us might be there for you!  "
