HISTORY:The history of India is closely linked to the history of Hinduism,and the two are so entwined that is is impossible to examine one without taking into account the other.Element of Hinduism can be traced back to 2500 B.C. The faith was a force in India when Moses descended Mount Sinai with the Ten Commandments;it was already firmly guiding every phase of Indian life long before western man groped his way from murk of the Dark Ages.Modern India is offically a secular state but its progressive programs must be carried out in face of the fact that 85% of India more than 500 million people are Hindu.Moreover,many of them are rigidly orthodox in their belief,and to the extent that they are able to do so,they cling fast to all of Hinduism's manifold customs and prejudices;however for better or worse,Hinduism has endowed India with a character and outlook that is unique.
Where Is Home:Home is where you hang your hat and heart.Home is where there is love.The people of Indian,and of Indian extractions can be found in many parts of the World.,Africa,China,the United States,and of course Israel.They can be found working in finance and banking,the medical profession,as well as the legal field;however a vast number can be found doing very menal back breaking common labor.In many part of the United States they own or run hotels,and variety shops.No matter where you may find a person from India,or of Indian extractions,they are uniquely Indian.
