NEW HAMPSHIRE ELECTRIC UTILITIES
PUBLIC SERVICE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE (PSNH)
Public Service of New Hampshire is owned by Northeast utilities of Connecticut and has recently been bought out by Conservation Edison (Con-Ed) of New York City. PSNH is the largest provider of Power in New Hampshire and operates out of 18 district offices. The main control/dispatch center is located in Manchester in an underground facility and dispatches most (if not all) the districts at night. During the day, the district offices handle trouble calls. Radio ID's are normally associated with their district number and a 4-digits. The first two being the district & last two, the unit number. PSNH is currently revamping their radio system to provide each district with it's own repeater and talkaround frequency. In addition, there are statewide dispatch, operations and Safety/Emergency frequencies.
