The Estimate Detail Sheet is the most important sheet of EZ Estimator. This is where you define the scope of work, the resources necessary to completed each scope of work and the hours or cost for each of these resources. There are 30 line items for individual tasks, each with a name and a general heading (if needed). Each task has multiple lines for man hours, equipment hours, materials, sub-contracts and other headings. This sheet also defines the markup of the entire bid along with overhead costs, bonding, insurance and other costs, specifically non-construction expenses. The top of this sheet constantly calculates the total bid amount, profit, overhead and construction expenses and actual profit after overhead. |
