1999 Performance Numbers:
Best 1/4 ET of 13.032@107.41 MPH with a 2.063 60'. Best 1/8 ET of 8.432@84.43 MPH. My best 1/4 MPH was 107.61 and my best 60' was 1.984. This was with a smoked differential and only one wheel hooking barely. It also had an exhaust leak that latter turned out to be on the header it self. I never ran it with the leak fixed.
My 1999 modifications, late 1999:
BBK 58 MM Throttle body.
Granetelli 83 mm MAF.
Throttle Body by-pass free mod.
Manual fan switch.
AutoTAP to see what DTC's I was getting.
Performance Numbers as Purchased:
N/A. I estimate that the car ran high 13.7's-13.8's@100+ MPH.
Purchased the car with these modifications, mid 1999:
377" with 4 bolt mains.
Lunati 3.750" crankshaft.
Lunati 5.850"connecting rods.
11.67:1 Compression Ratio.
Cylinder heads were ported. Porting consisted of some bowl work, gasket matching and minor runner enlargement.
Valvetrain consisted of stock intake valves, dia.-1.94, Manley High Flow valves, dia.-1.50,Crane Gold 1.6 roller rockers, chromoly pushrods, guideplates, springs, retainers and locks.
Competition Cams hydraulic roller nitrous/blower grind, part # CCA-212-224-14
Moroso CAI with custom ram air setup with a K&N.
MSD 6A.
Edelbrock 1-5/8" shorty headers.
Custom y-pipe with hi-flow cats connected to a 3" exhaust to the axle where as stock tubing was used past that, which connected to a Flowmaster muffler still retaining the stock exhaust tips.
EGR blocked off.
Two NOS kits, complete with inline fuel pump which was installed.
Energy Suspension poly kit for the car.
AFPR.
BFG Drag Radials.
Air Conditioner cooler(radiator) removed.
