JOSH'S 1971 NOVA
Josh's Nova is :

A very nice looking silver metalic Nova. The car is a very fast street car. The car weighs in at I'll guess 3300 lbs race weight. Here are his best numbers so far on motor, no N2O, on street tires, with the brakes holding slightly and a misfire caused by a plug not firing. This run was in 2001.

60' - 1.718
330' - 4.639
594' - 6.616
660' - 7.061@101.12 MPH

Disc brakes up front have been installed
A line lock has been installed
Correct rear drum brakes installed

Dyno #'s as of 4/12/2005:
442 rwhp and skewed rwtq result, but looking at all his dyno runs, I will estimate (and my estimation has merit being I work part-time at a dyno shop) 520-530 rwtq.

Big plans soon:
Dart block that is o-ringed with an 4.500" bore.
Eagle 4340 crankshaft with a 4.500" stroke.
Eagle 6.700" rods with L19 rod bolts.
JE forged pistons that will make 14.6:1 compression.
Brodix BB-2 Xtra cnc cylinder heads.
1150 Dominator.
Jet-Hot coat the headers.
250 shot of N2O.
Big solid roller camshaft.
Fiberglass bumpers, aluminum bumper brackets, etc...the car is going on a diet.

Can you say easy 9's on motor and on street tires!
