JASON'S 1996 Z28 CAMARO CENTERLINE TELSTAR PAGE
Less weight and less rolling resistance equals as we all know, quicker ET and more MPH.
I put this page up together to help anyone who might be interested in putting some Centerline Terminator Telstars on his or her LT1 f-body. The reason why I mention LT1 f-body? I simply do not know if these rims will fit LS1's. What information I have put together here will work on an LT1 f-body. If you get a skinnier rim, a wider rim and it doesn't fit, cry me a river. Use what is listed here, it will and will look the same as my car setup..
Hope the pictures give you an idea of what this setup looks like on a LT1 4th Gen. Click on pic to enlarge.
What you will need with part #'s. Part #'s are off a Summit Racing invoice.

Tire valve stems
Part # SUM-G1955
These worked well. I originally got the hex bolt type but they will not fit the rims. Autozone or similar parts store I am sure has there also, maybe for less?

Lug nuts
Part # MCG-64012
I bought these particular lug nuts because they will always look nice. No rusting, no chipping and no thread showing.

Generic front tires
Part # 165R15
This is a radial Volkswagen tire. I paid $40.00 each for these. It was told not to run a bias-ply tire with my radials in the back.

BFG Drag Radials back tires
Part # BFG-46294
This is a 275/50R15 tire. I chose this particular tire because it is 26" tall.

I chose to have the balancing weights to be placed where they were needed, inside and outside. This will give you a better balance, a truer balance.
