I know you've all played this game. It's a Capcom title so you all love it unconditionally. It's also one of the few early non-Mega Man Capcom titles with a decent soundtrack. What I found odd is that even though the game is named Section Z, all of the levels are titled with numbers, never once alluding to any "Section Z". I guess I get what I deserve for buying games without manuals or not even taking the time to look for manuals on the net. I eventually figured out why it's called Section Z. It's because you play this game for like an hour and get nowhere and you say to yourself, "Zees game blows". But I kinda like it and, for you, the casual gamer with an actual social life, I've taken the liberty of mapping out the game so that if you ever play it, there is some information on it.
Here's how the following table works: The left side is the section you're currently in. At the end of most stages is a northern and southern exit. The center cell in the table is where the northern exit leads to, and the rightmost cell is where the southern exit leads. Stages with only one exit will have an "N/A" in the Northern exit cell. Any exit that begins with an "X" means you have to defeat a boss somewhere else in the world before you can use that exit. A little clarification on this. These "X" exits will be colored in red in the game. Try to use it and you'll lose a life, but if you go back after having beaten a boss, you'll hear a siren signifying that the exit is safe. Boss stages are noted with a "B" in the left cells. Finally, a "*" in the left column means there is a hidden exit you have to find to break out of what would otherwise be an endless loop. Still want the manual? It's somewhere at World Of Nintendo
