the Wallingford Corn Exchange, better known as Causton Playhouse! + A
concert by the Midsomer Choir as seen in the series. Includes tea
& cakes, and a behind the scenes theatre tour.
19.30 - 22.00 Midsomer Quiz Evening- back by popular demand
SATURDAY, 20TH JUNE 2009
9.30 - 11.30 Location visit to
Hall Barn gardens in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Seen in 'Sins of
Commission' and 'Shot at Dawn'
12.00 - 13.30 BBQ lunch at The Red Lion, Little Missenden - used in several Midsomer episodes!
14.00 - 17.00 Visit to Badgers Drift Church Fete (aka The Lee)
19.00 - 23.00 Luxury Dinner at the Spread Eagle Hotel, Thame, Oxfordshire, with Murder Mystery + special guest - subject to work commitments - Barry Jackson, the busiest pathologist in Midsomer!!
SUNDAY, 21ST JUNE 2009
10.00 - 15.00 Location visit to Chenies Manor House & Gardens - seen in 'Judgement Day', 'Beyond the Grave' and 'Orchis Fatalis'
13.30 - 16.30 Entry, light lunch, and talk at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre - seen in 'Things that Go Bump in the Night' and 'Dead in the Water' - Includes tea & cakes.
Free time to refresh yourself at hotel
18.00 - 22.00 closing dinner at base hotel
