| Dempsey opens Seasonal Ice Rinks We think Dempsey must be busier than Santa at Christmas time! She has once again been guest of honour at two seasonal ice rinks in Ireland. Dempsey had the pleasure of Opening both Lononderry and Dublin ice rinks this christmas. Not to be content with just opening rinks, Dempsey will once again be performing with the Russian Ice Stars, this year the magical production is 'Beauty and the Beast.'
