If i remember rightly it was either after a operation or something and he still went all the way to see them and was very kind to them. I real person according to me Alec is very funny and tries his best to look happy and not tired in front of his fans and everyone else. This year he came to his birthday party in HK to meet up with his fans without sleeping all night after a whole days work non-stop. I felt sorry for Alec.
