Art Camacho grew up in a hostile environment. He got involved with gangs which had bad consequences. Once he got beaten up heavily, damaging him physically and mentally. He was scared and insecure, small and obese.
With his inner strength and the power of God he found himself and turned to martial arts under no one else than Sifu Eric Lee. He trained him in Karate and Kung Fu. Before receiving his black belt he experienced many other arts such as Jeet Kune Do and amateur boxing. Quitting school at the age of 16 and focus on training was one of his greatest decisions.
Soon he got the chance to prove himself on tv. He got noticed after a small role with Don Wilson in Ring of Fire 1. His fights, hits, falls and stunts were so realistic that more and more people wanted him for action movies. He also trains people.
After having worked with the greatest such as Don Wilson, Gary Daniels, Michael Worth, Eric Lee, Steven Seagal and Xin Xin Xiong, he grew to be one of the greatest action actors, coordinators and directors, and is known as one of the most promising man in the action movie industry.
