Kathy Long is a famous martial artist, sometimes nicknamed as "The Punisher". Respected by the greatest, such as Bill Wallace. She started training Aikido, but soon switched to Shorin Ryu Karate, and later Kung Fu. In the 90's she concentrated on a boxing carreer. She disliked soft styles and started training hard for full-contact Karate and Kickboxing.
