Jonathan, which isn't his birth name, originally comes from Asia. Which is no problem since he speaks English fluently since his childhood.
It is that time in which he gained fame. At a very young age he already turned out to be a great martial artist, and a new generation actor. He had his first role at the age of 13, which would make him famous immediately: in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
Some movies and series would follow untill the early 90's. After having a break that lasted several years Jonathan is back. Not only as an actor but also behind the screen working in the stunt coordinator's crew.
