Bio and martial arts background Born in Los Angeles 10-09-1932. Gene started his fight training at the age of 6. He began with grappling. At the age of 14 he entered his first Judo tournament. He was very successful and after 2 Judo Championships he decided to try Pro-Wrestling and won over 200 trophies. Later Gene proved to be one of the greatest by choking Milo Savage, a pro Boxer, during a match. This carreer which lasted over 25 years was great an afterwards Gene went to do acting an stuntwork for TV. But still now Gene is considered as one of the greatest martial artists as a teacher to current champions. He also taught grappling to some of the greatest fighters/actors, such as Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris. |
