In 1984 Jason did Pearl City High School. After that he got interested in acting. A few years later he would have his first roles. He wasn't very famous at the time, untill 1993.
In 1993 he was asked to portray Bruce Lee in "Dragon, the Bruce Lee Story". Jason was not a martial artist, but he was very athletic and started training in the Jeet Kune Do system under Jerry Poteet. Jason learned fast and turned out to be a great athlete and martial artist, which he proved in the movie, by showing great skills and doing most of his own stunts. After the movie he continued training.
Besides being a martial artist, Jason is also a great actor and has been in many other movies, worshipped by many women. He was once declared as one of the most beautifull people on earth. Many people are still mistaken by his last name, thinking Jason is related to Bruce Lee, which he isn't.
