He gained popularity as the huge Sabre on American Gladiators. Sports were his specialty. He was a football player in his early years. Soon he went to weight lifting and holds a bench press record.
Originally Lynn 'Red' is not a martial artist. For his role in Mortal Kombat Annihilation he trained Tang Soo Do. In the movie he turned out to be a very good fighter. He had a lot of practise, and after the movie he trained further with the art. He's now creating his own fighting style / martial art.
Now, as an actor with growing popularity, he lives in LA, CA, with his wife and three kids.
