Michael is a very popular martial artist and multi talented. He started training at the age of 13. He practised Northern Shaolin and Kung Fu and has a black belt in Tang Soo Do. Now, he's good with Jeet Kune Do, Escrima and athletics.
Besides being a professional martial artist and a boxer he also does philosophy, horseback riding and playing guitar. Fitness is one of his specialties, and he has been a personal trainer to many people.
Films are a passion of his. Michael directed his first movie at the age of 10. As a martial arts by nature, he's also a filmmaker by passion and profession. Since 2003 you'll see him acting more in non-action films and working as a director, writer, producer etc. He won his 1st award with Killing Cupid.
