Bio and martial arts background Erik Paulson studied the art of Grappeling for over 22 years. In Japan he's undefeated as the World Light Heavyweight Shootwrestling Champion. Shootwrestling is a combination of wrestling and Kickboxing. Erik has been training with some of the greatest such as the Machado Brothers, Gene Lebell and Dan Inosanto. Erik has developed his own style mixing Judo, Freestyle wrestling, Greco Roman wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo and Catchacatchcan. Erik is famous for is leg-locks and is now also a great and popular instructor.
